ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Ashley Thill is the Owner of the TAB South Central Kansas Franchise, based in Wichita KS.
She brings fifteen years of experience from the wealth management industry, with a focus on administrative operations management and business development for some of the top investment advisors in Wichita, Kansas. She returned to her roots in 2009 when she rejoined her family-owned business as Vice President of Zernco Inc., a commercial construction company offering services nationwide. In 2012, Ashley became majority owner and CEO of the family business, leading an unprecedented period of growth and national recognition for the company. At the same time, Ashley’s passion for consulting and coaching led her to establish a new business, A Z Advisory Group, dedicated to providing clients, consultants, peers, and community with the opportunity to take their business to the next level.
Ashley is a visionary leader with expertise in organizational development, strategic action planning, resource management, executive administration and team development. Her consulting firm, A Z Advisory Group, offers services in executive coaching, strategic planning, operational consulting, technology services, and special project management. With over 20 consultants, and more than 100 clients in network, A Z Advisory Group provides expertise in supporting a wide range of needs and industries.
As President of Zernco Inc., Ashley lead the company out of the financial crisis of 2008, doubling production every three years for three consecutive terms. Ashley lead the organization from $5 million in revenue in 2009 to $40 million by 2019, while substantially increasing profit. Zernco was also named “Best Place to Work” for five consecutive years during her leadership as Chief Executive Officer.
